GLRI Balduck Park Memorial Grove Planting

The Greening of Detroit will be planting 50 trees at Balduck Park for as a remembrance project for our annual donors.   We will need approximately 50 additional volunteers to complete the planting project.

Volunteers should meet at Balduck Park on  Canyon Street between Chandler Park and E Warren Ave in Detroit. You will see our Greening of Detroit Tent and welcome table.  You can park on the street. 

All tree plantings begin at 9AM unless otherwise noted.

The Greening of Detroit will provide tools and plant material for all projects. Volunteers should bring gloves and a reusable water bottle. All plantings are subject to change, therefore is it important to sign up in advance using the form below. If you have any questions please email volunteer@greeningofdetroit.com
