Iron Belle Trail
Michigan DNR’s Iron Belle Trail stretches 2,000 miles, expanding from the north western tip of Michigan all the way to Detroit’s own Belle Isle. The Greening of Detroit installed 300 trees along the Detroit portion of the trail. These trees were planted near Woodmere Cemetery, Patton Park, Higgins Park, and Kemeny Park.
