Free Circl Mobility Provided by The Greening of Detroit!

Join us at Lafayette Green Gardens for our summer movement series! Bring your yoga mat and enjoy an hour long practice in the beautiful garden. Workout instruction provided by Jaharah Muhammad.

The class is free and open to the public, and we will be accepting donations to cover the yoga instructor and support The Greening of Detroit's mission.

Circl Mobility: Designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being, this program incorporates elements from yoga, Pilates, and functional movement. It offers a comprehensive workout experience intended to help restore balance and grace.
