Dr. Kathleen Yaremchuk and friends are hosting an exclusive open house so you can tour this gorgeous gem of a home in historic Corktown, 100% of tickets sold will benefit The Greening of Detroit. This beautiful home will be staged for you to appreciate how she will be enjoyed by a new family for the next chapter of her life.

Time: 12:00p.m. - 4pm, (tours run every twenty minutes, beginning at noon)

Location: 1321 Labrosse St. Detroit, MI 48216

Cost: $30/ticket & $ 40/VIP Champagne Toast (100% tax deductible)

Must be 18 and older (no children)

Safety

COVID -19 safety restrictions are in place, MANDATORY MASK and social distancing will be enforced. Tours run every twenty minutes, and are limited to 14 guests per time slot. Please wear comfortable walking shoes as there are multiple stairs to traverse inside and outside of home.

Parking

Street parking is available along Brooklyn St., Porter St. and Trumbull, there are a few lots in the area including the former Chase Bank lot off of Trumbull between LaBrosse St. and Porter St. Please be prepared to park about a block or two from the home at 1321 LaBrosse St.
