The Greening O’ Detroit will kick off it’s 2012 Spring Planting Season on March 17, 2012 St. Patty’s Day!!  Join us as we spread some green by planting trees on Stansbury, Lesure, and Tracey Streets in the Ardmore area in partnership with the USDA/USFS Great Lakes Restoration Initiative (EAB) and the Ardmore C&N Block Club. We are looking for 283 volunteers to plant 218 trees with us.
Meeting location:  Volunteers should  meet at James Vernor Elementary, 13726 Pembroke Ave, Detroit, MI 48235.
